Shipping:

 

The Ribbon Diva provides an extensive selection of ribbons & accessories at the lowest prices and a $20.00 minimum order (not including shipping charges). Most of our products are manufactured in our U.S. Factory which enables us to make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. For orders under $20.00 there will be a $5.00 handling fee added to your order at checkout.

Since we have many different ready-made, custom-made products and an extensive selection of products from several different suppliers, we can only offer general guidelines as to our shipping time that does not include the ship time to your area from our facility in Pennsylvania.

In-stock products: We can ship within 3 to 7 business days AFTER your credit card has been verified.

Custom Products: We can ship within 7 to 10 business days AFTER your credit card has been verified. Custom Products include: All Hand-Tied & Custom Bows and some ribbon products with widths over 4".

Large Volume & Custom Orders: Just email us via our Contact Us link or if you prefer to contact us by phone, please call 610-484-298-1088 for delivery times and rates.

While we cannot stock every item and provide an extensive selection of products at wholesale prices, we ship orders from different suppliers within 3 to 10 business days AFTER your credit card has been verified.

The Ribbon Diva will email you a confirmation of your order within 1 business day and you will receive a second email when your order has been shipped

The Ribbon Diva uses UPS (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and United States Postal Service to ship all U.S orders.

For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico the United States Postal Service - Parcel Post Delivery will be used. Priority mail is available for an additional charge.

If you prefer expedited shipping: OVERNITE (next business day), 2nd Day or 3rd DAY Service for an additional charge.

Unfortunately, at this time The Ribbon Diva does not ship internationally (outside the United States).

Out of Stock Items:

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, sometimes items that are in stock at the time of your order may no longer be in stock by the time your order is processed, since we process orders in the order that they are received.

In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you. Should an item on order become out of stock, a refund will be issued within 24 to 48 hours after your order has shipped.

Returns:

At The Ribbon Diva all products sales are final. This policy is necessary to maintain our low wholesale prices and minimum order size.

The Ribbon Diva is not responsible for color-matching due to variations in monitors, scanners and browsers (
See Terms & Conditions) therefore; we do not accept returns on this basis.

The Ribbon Diva will accept return items only if:
Product is Damaged or Defective
Incorrect Product was Shipped


Should a product(s) need to be returned: Please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of the products to obtain a return authorization number.

No returns will be accepted without an authorization number

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

An order can be cancelled by email or with a customer service representative within 1 business day after you place the order. After 1 business day, the order will be processed and can only be cancelled if your order does not arrive in the timeframe outlined in our shipping policy.
